Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to Dell Technologies World (DTW) conference attendees who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or age of majority, whichever is older in location of residence, at the date of entry into Sweepstakes. Nevertheless, the following individuals are not eligible to enter: (a) employees of Dell Inc. (“Sponsor”) or its parents or subsidiaries; (b) the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees; and (c) employees of any government agency, including all federal, state, county, city, or municipal government employees, state funded universities and colleges, all types of public officials including elected officials, private individual or firms where the government has outsourced government functions, and K-12 employees. Void where prohibited by law.

NOTICE TO HEALTHCARE EMPLOYEES: If you are employed in the healthcare industry, prior to awarding any prizes you will be required to obtain certification that acceptance of the prize is permitted in accordance with applicable law and ethics policies of your employer.

Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins on May 18th at 18:00 PM PT and ends on May 20th at 3:00PM PT (the Entry Period”).

How to Enter: During Dell Technologies World, the conference attendee must play the game called Cloud Brainpower at the Dell Services for Multicloud booth and have their conference badge scanned. To play the game, the individual must read three statements on the screen which describe either a cloud situation, a cloud benefit or a business impact. They must select whether the statement is a “cloud by design” or a “cloud by default”. After they have responded to the three questions and have their conference badge scanned, they will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. Sweepstakes winners will be awarded each day of the entry period (3 winners total). Entries for the sweepstakes will close one hour prior to the DTW Expo closing in order to choose a winner for the day. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone or text. Winners must pick up their prize at the Dell Services for Multicloud booth by the close of the DTW Expo at 4:00pm PT on May 20, 2026 or else forfeit their prize.

Limit: One (1) entry per person. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.

Prize Drawing: [Dell Pro Portable Monitor] with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $259.99 USD. Total ARV for all Prizes: $259.99 USD. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Each winner is responsible for paying any applicable income taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. Any prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, and a W9 form (for prizes exceeding $600 USD in retail value) to claim their prize.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the Sweepstakes, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. You agree that the Sweepstakes is subject to Texas law and that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the Texas State District Court in Williamson County, Texas.
